(Do me a favor, alright? Read through this entire post, because, at the end, I have some details to dish out about how all of us are going to be able to watch tomorrow’s playoff games together. Thx.)

If you don't immediately see the Hangout, scroll down a bit. It's there.
What’s happening, people!? It’s Championship weekend! Yeazzziiiiirrrr!
I know, I know...You’re probably wondering why I would be excited about it. After all, I’m not even in the postseason anymore. Well, all I's got to say is this:
Man...This is football. This is what I love. There’s no way I’m going to skip out on watching these games. Now will I watch them with a bitter taste in my mouth? Of course I will. But I’m still going to to watch.
New York Giants @ San Francisco 49ers | My Breakdown
So we’ve got ourselves Ravens v Patriots and Giants v 49ers to watch. Both will be exciting games, but I’m most interested in seeing how New York and San Fran handle each other, because they both match up pretty well on paper. But, at the end of the day, I gotta give the winning edge to the 49ers. Here’s my breakdown:
Offense - The 49ers run the ball a bit better than the Giants, yet New York’s passing game trumps San Fransisco’s aerial attack. Ultimately, I gotta give the edge to Eli and the Giants, because Manning has been playing exceptionally well the past couple weeks. He’ll be the difference-maker.
Defense - Determining who has the defensive edge is a tougher call, because New York’s defensive line has been coming alive the past few weeks. However, San Francisco is a turnover machine! All they do is take the ball away from their opponents, and rarely do they give it back. Their ability to effectively protect the ball is what’s going to help them the most.
So I’mma have to say the San Francisco 49ers are going to win. They’re playing at home; it’s the first NFC Championship game their crowd has witnessed in, like, FOREVER; and they’re going to be GEEKED.
Sorry, New York...Candlestick’s got itself a celebration to enjoy this Sunday.
Baltimore Ravens @ New England Patriots | My Breakdown
As for the Pats and Ravens...This should be an interesting match-up. Here’s my breakdown:
Defense: Here, the edge goes to the Ravens, because New England’s D hasn’t been clicking at all this year. I mean, what’s their defense ranked? ...30th/31st? Whatever it is, it ain’t good.
Offense: The edge here has to go to New England, no doubt. Tom Brady is playing insane right now, and he has two of the best tight ends in the game to throw to. Even though Baltimore’s defense destroys most teams, they still recognize what they’re in for: a match-up nightmare. Gronkowski is setting records left and right; Aaron Hernandez is playing at a high level; and they have crazy weapons on the outside, too, with Wes Welker and Deion Branch.
The potency of Brady and Co. is just too much for Baltimore to handle, so I’m definitely picking New England to win and move on to the Super Bowl against San Francisco.
My Google+ On Air Hangout Virtual Watch Party
I’ve now told you who’s going to win and why, so there’s really no need for you to watch the games - BUT I want you to anyway, with my friends and I. Here’s how we’ll be able to Hangout...
Google+ recently debuted a feature called an “On Air Hangout,” where up to ten people can be on their web cam and talk with each other all at once. Beyond that, an unlimited number of people can sit back and enjoy watching their conversation. It’s really pretty sweet.
So here’s what I’m thinking...
Just before the games start this Sunday, I’ll start a Google+ “On Air Hangout,” and you guys will be able to join me on webcam on a first come, first Hangout basis. Everyone else will be able to tune-in and watch us as we talk about the games. And as people drop out of the web cam Hangout, others will be able to take their spot.
How to Join the Hangout
If you want to actively participate in the Hangout, on web cam or via the live chat, all you need to do is set up a Google+ account (Click here to sign-up). Beyond that, simply keep your eyes focused on my Google+, Facebook and Twitter profiles, as well as HITMANharris.com, because I’ll be posting the direct link that will take you to the watch party.
Here’s a little advice for you: If you want first dibs on getting in to the video Hangout, click the link below and make a comment under my post to let me know. I’ll make sure you know the exact moment I go live, so you’ll have a better chance of grabbing one of the ten available spots.
I’ve never done anything like this before, but I imagine the more people who join in, the merrier it will be. So come Hangout, alright? I think this is gonna be pretty sweet.
