sunday, Sunday, SUNDAY! The Seattle Seahawks are coming in here for a little divisional round playoff action. I’m thinking it’s going to be a great matchup.
Our hats are off to them for beating us earlier in the season. We didn’t play our best game, while they put together a good one by making less mistakes than we did. We’re all excited to be able to have a second chance to redeem ourselves here in round two of the playoffs.
As always, our key to success is making sure we lock them down to a one-dimensional style of play. In other words... We gotta stop their running game. It’s on fire, right now. You saw what they did against the Saints, right? They ran all over the place! So, if we can limit them on the run, our d-line will be able to kinda pin their ears back and go after the quarterback.
Another thing we gotta watch out for is the big play - we have to totally eliminate any chances of'em happening. Seattle made a bunch of monster plays against the Saints, and I do not want to witness a repeat performance of something like that against us.
I’m ready! This is the PLAYOFFS, for crying out loud! We have some amazing football coming our way this Sunday and our eyes are on the prize -- that “prize” being Dallas. This game is the first step towards reaching our ultimate goal: winning the world championship. So rest assured that we’ll be taking care of business as we BEAR DOWN and GET IT!
